The Solution
Implement a wireless network connected to a Tier 1 ISP via a VSAT backhaul circuit to Global Fusion’s hub in Atlanta , Georgia.

The Outcome
Successful project implementation for USDOJ. After this successful trial of 8 months, USDOJ has requested for additional 12 circuits to connect the rest of its network in Alaska .

The Benefits

  1. Decreased monthly bandwidth charge which would have been $6500.00 per month to $1985.00
Increased circuit connectivity from a Tier 3 ISP to a Tier one ISP
  2. Increased uptime percentages to 99.99% as opposed to Telco circuit promise of undetermined uptime guarantees. Currently this DOJ network is up when all others are down.
  3. Has been able to provide added services to the entire island, offering abundance of bandwidth to all businesses on the island.
